started her journey at L'Oréal in France 20 years ago before pursuing her career abroad developing brands and teams in Australia, Belgium, Canada and in the United Kingdom & Ireland where she successfully led the deep transformation of the L’Oréal Professional Products Division. With previous professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Digital, Strategy and General Management, Béatrice has been acting as the Global Director of Beauty Tech Services for the L’Oréal Group since 2022.
