In 1991, Emin Fadıllıoğlu graduated from Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Medical School, and completed his master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Marmara University in 1993. He began his career as a Doctor at Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital in 1991. In 1996, Fadıllıoğlu joined Abbott Turkey as a Marketing Manager Trainee, where he took on various managerial roles. From 2008 to 2012, he served as the General Manager of Abbott Turkey. Following this, he worked as the Vice President and General Manager of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Turkey from 2012 to 2017. Subsequently, Emin Fadıllıoğlu assumed the role of Vice President for the Emerging Central Countries Region at GSK. Since 2021, he has been serving as the CEO at Eczacıbaşı İlaç Sınai ve Finansal Yatırımlar. In the last year, he has also taken on the role of Chairman for Eczacıbaşı Evital, a new member of the Eczacıbaşı Group, and a digital healthcare ecosystem.
