Emirhan Deniz Çelebi has engaged in numerous voluntary and professional activities with a focus on human rights in civil society. After completing his master's degree in Sociology and Communication, he worked at Sabancı University from 2018 to 2022, where he taught various courses related to social responsibility. During this time, he provided educational and consultancy support for over fifty companies in Turkey and at the international level concerning diversity and inclusion agendas. Since March 2022, he has continued his career as the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Leader at Unilever. Çelebi is passionate about transformative learning, inclusive leadership, and fostering an inclusive working culture. Currently, he is pursuing a doctoral program in Adult Education at Boğaziçi University.
