Ezgi, during her studies at METU's Industrial Engineering Department, was introduced to the concept of "volunteerism." Thanks to this, she embarked on a journey to make a difference in non-governmental organizations in Turkey and abroad. She assumed various roles in different non-governmental organizations and social initiatives. Thirteen years ago, she set out on this path to show young people that working in impact-focused organizations can be a career path. Along this journey, she also developed a passion for enhancing the capacities of social impact-focused institutions to increase their effectiveness. She complemented all this experience with a master's degree in Non-Profit Management at Harvard. She is an expert in non-governmental management, covering areas such as strategic development, financial management, resource development, and team management.
