He graduated from Izmir Turkish College and Ankara University Faculty of Communication. In 1992, he began his career in journalism at Milliyet Newspaper. He worked as a reporter at Atv, editor, host, and manager at NTV. He hosted programs on CNNTurk channel and wrote for Milliyet Newspaper. He was involved in the establishment of the GAİN digital platform, where he prepared and presented daily news bulletins. He is also co-hosting the "Nereden Başlasam" podcast with Can Kozanoğlu and creates content on YouTube.
