After graduating from Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1990, Nihat Narin pursued an MBA at Middlesex University in London and received training in Internal Auditing at Louisiana State University. He also holds advanced licenses in Turkish Capital Markets and Corporate Governance. Starting his career in investment banks, he played a crucial role in the financing processes of several companies. In the year 2000, he joined Turkcell and assumed various roles over the years. At Turkcell, he successfully managed significant processes such as the listing on the New York Stock Exchange, initial public offerings, and corporate restructuring. Additionally, he restructured the infrastructure for companies like Global Tower and developed business models that promoted the sharing of base stations and tower infrastructure in the industry. Narin has served on several boards of directors and, starting in 2021, he has taken on the role of General Manager at ISETAŞ ENERGY and İSTELKOM INC.
