Sara is an award-winning business leader with an obsession into what makes people tick. Over the past two decades she has worked in and led creative agencies, making globally famous advertising for the likes of Coca-Cola, British Airways and adidas. Formerly CEO of TBWA London, Sara hosts The Rebuilders podcast where she and her guests explore rebuilding everything from toxic relationships to post redundancy careers.

She is a vocal advocate for gender equality in business and has been recognised for her progressive leadership approach, featuring on the Timewise Power List, as well as being voted Best Leader in Marketing by Women in Marketing Awards and has won Campaign's Female Frontier Award. Sara is accredited Executive Coach and works with business leaders to build purposeful and progressive organisations.
