She completed her undergraduate studies in 2004 at Boğaziçi University's Department of Industrial Engineering. After her undergraduate studies, Sercan Özen Yıldırım completed her master's degree in business at Sabancı University in 2017. She also received executive education at Columbia Business School, which is among the most prestigious educational institutions in the world. With over 20 years of professional experience in various fields such as marketing, brand management, business development, and sales, Özen Yıldırım has held high-level executive positions in both international and local organizations in the fast-moving consumer goods, personal care, and healthcare sectors. Most recently, after serving as the Director of Pierre Fabre Türkiye Dermocosmetic Business Unit under the umbrella of the world-renowned French company Pierre Fabre, she was appointed as the General Manager of Pierre Fabre Türkiye, a pioneer in oncology, pharmaceuticals, consumer health, and dermocosmetics, operating in 43 countries worldwide. In her current role, Özen Yıldırım is responsible for overseeing all the management processes of Pierre Fabre Türkiye's pharmaceutical and dermocosmetic divisions.
