Umut Eker was born in Istanbul in 1983. He began his career in styling in 2007 and has since continued to work in the fields of video art, photography, and textiles, creating works for both local and international brands. In addition to serving as the creative director of Hole Academie, which he co-founded with Didem Soydan in 2017, he also continues to produce projects in various art forms.
