Zeynep is the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Opportune. She is responsible of marketing growth, advanced analyics and AI consultancy lines. She mainly focuses on creating CVM consultancy projects under Opportune. Hypermicrosegmentation, segmentation, churn, upsell and crosssell loyalty management, campaign consultancy are her main expertise. She has banking, retail and consultancy experience over 15 years mainly on marketing, omnichannel strategy, advanced analytics, and campaign management.
