FAAR [Fahrettin Aykut Area Responsibility] is a platform born in the late '90s during my academic journey, focusing on involving individuals in arts, design, and crafts from the outset, with a specific emphasis on the architectural field. Collaborating with artists in my workshop, we prioritize accurate analysis and original content creation. Whether it's designing a hotel, a coffee table, or a conceptual installation, our approach centers on content-driven design. We consider all factors simultaneously, including target audience, time, budget, and local values. Within the FAAR brand, FAARi goes beyond decorative art, becoming a reference element intertwined with architecture. We also aim to empower artists and craftsmen, fostering their active participation in society and expanding channels for art production. Our current endeavors involve a mix of young and seasoned artists shaping our Çukurcuma gallery in Istanbul, alongside local craftsmen from across Turkey. FAARi offers a collection of locally made, sustainable, and modern art design products to ensure their accessibility to a wider audience.
